Our Mission Statement

I love setting big, bold, daring goals and then achieving them. And I love helping other people do that too! I help people find pathways through complex or confusing processes and systems to help them dramatically increase their impact.

Millennials’ Guides readers are over negative stereotypes about young people. Instead, they want  support and guidance as they pursue their own dreams to make the world a better place. The Millennials’ Guides series is designed to help Millennials (and the Millennial-adjacent) learn what no one ever teaches us about achieving success and respect.

The expanding Millennials’ Guides series addresses how Millennials can be successful at work; as managers and leaders; in the construction trades; in diversity, equity, and inclusion; in relationships, as parents, and more.

If you’re a Millennial or younger, let me know what you need and how we can help. If you’re a GenXer or Baby Boomer, join me in supporting the next generation to help them change the world!
